Refund policy

we want you to love your halo camera as much as we do ♡ if something isn’t right, we’ll always do our best to make it right

returns (change of mind)

  • returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging + accessories included
  • return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

  • if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of receiving it
  • we’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the situation
  • we’ll cover return shipping for confirmed faults

warranty

  • all halo cameras come with a 6-month warranty for manufacturing defects
  • this doesn’t cover damage from drops, water, misuse, or normal wear and tear

refunds

  • once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know the outcome
  • approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

non-returnable items

we’re unable to accept returns if:

  • the item has been used or damaged after delivery
  • packaging or accessories are missing
  • the return request is made after the 7-day window
